Services

Help with preparing documents for the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate

We help companies prepare documentation according to the requirements of the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate (Arbeidstilsynet). We advise on occupational safety documentation (HMS), risk assessments, action plans, procedures, internal control systems and other documents that may be required for Norwegian operations.

We also help you prepare for inspections by the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate, understand the applicable requirements and ensure that the documentation is in line with the company's operations and actual working conditions. The aim is not only to prepare the documentation, but also to make the organisation of HMS work in the company clearer and more systematic.

Targeted occupational health checks

Occupational health checks are carried out when there are factors in the working environment that may affect the health or safety of workers. Such checks may be relevant for workers exposed to dust, chemicals, noise, vibration, respiratory agents or other risk factors.

The aim of the inspections is to detect potential work-related health problems at an early stage, to monitor the health status of workers and to assess the adequacy of protective measures. It also provides recommendations for preventive action and safer working practices.

Participation in AMU meetings

We participate in meetings of the Working Environment Committee (WEC) as occupational safety experts and consultants. We help to discuss working environment issues, accident prevention, occupational safety, risk assessments and other aspects of HMS's systematic work.

During the AMU meetings, we can contribute to the development of recommendations, the discussion of action plans, the analysis of problems and the search for practical solutions. The aim is to help the company strengthen its safety culture and ensure clearer communication between management and employees.

Physical visits to the workplace

Visits to workplaces, facilities and work environments. During the visits, we assess working conditions, work organisation, protective equipment used, ergonomics, potential risks and the overall safety situation at the workplace.

The visits identify potential deficiencies, hazardous situations or areas where improvements can be made to the safety and working environment. The visit is followed by insights, recommendations and suggestions for preventive action and systematic improvement of HMS' work.

Preparation of the Annual Action Plan and Annual Report

We help you prepare annual HMS action plans and annual reports in line with your company's activities and Norwegian requirements. These documents are an important part of a systematic occupational safety work and help to plan, execute and evaluate HMS activities in the company.

Action plans may include preventive measures, training, risk reduction actions and other occupational safety objectives. The annual report provides an overview of the actions carried out, the shortcomings identified, the measures implemented and the future priorities for occupational safety.

Vaccination

We organise vaccinations for employees according to the nature of their work, the risks involved or the needs of the company. Vaccination may be relevant for employees working in high-risk environments, travelling on business trips or working in areas where additional health protection is recommended.

Depending on the nature of the work, seasonal, travel or other vaccinations relevant to the occupation may be recommended. The aim is to contribute to the protection of workers' health, lower disease risk and a safer working environment in the company.

HMS IK system

The HMS IK system helps you to manage workplace safety documentation, risk assessments, procedures, worker training, recording of non-conformities and other important HMS processes. The system is customisable according to the company's activities, the nature of the work and the actual risks in the workplace.

The aim is not just to have documents „on a technicality“, but to create a practical system that helps the company work more safely, clearly and efficiently. A well-organised HMS IK system also makes it easier to prepare for inspections by the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate (Arbeidstilsynet) and to ensure clearer internal control of occupational safety.
