Nord BHT's specialists also helped us when we had to deal with the Labour Inspectorate. They were inspecting the client's construction site and at the same time they were inspecting our work. They found irregularities. Because we did not understand what the Labour Inspectorate was asking us to do, we were not able to respond to them in time. Later we went to the inspector ourselves and communicated directly, thinking that the problems could be solved verbally. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when, after the interview, we received an instruction from the Labour Inspectorate that failure to provide the missing documents would result in the suspension of the company's activities. We realised that we needed specialist help and immediately turned to NORD BHT, who were very prompt and very professional in resolving the situation: they explained the requirements, laws and regulations in force and helped us to prepare the necessary documentation.
